1. Chemical coating film

In order to improve the surface properties of the PET film, in order to improve the adaptability of printing and the bonding force of the vacuum aluminum plating layer, a corona treatment method is generally used to increase the surface tension of the film. However, the corona method has problems such as aging, and particularly in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, the film tension after corona treatment is easily attenuated. However, the chemical coating method does not have such a problem, so it is favored by the printing industry and the aluminum plating industry. Domestic companies have developed PET chemical coating products: coating with water-soluble polymer can improve the surface tension of PET film rolls; coating with acrylate emulsion can improve printing adaptability (water-soluble ink can be used) The coating with polyurethane aqueous solution can strengthen the bonding force between the aluminum plating layer and the PET base film, and can increase the thickness of the aluminum plating layer. In addition, a high-resistance film, an antistatic film, and the like can be obtained by a coating method.

2. PET antistatic film

The world today has entered the information age. Electromagnetic waves of various frequencies and wavelengths fill the entire earth space. These electromagnetic waves will cause different degrees of interference to unshielded sensitive electronic components, circuit boards, communication equipment, etc., resulting in data distortion. Communication is disordered. The static electricity generated by electromagnetic induction and friction on various sensitive components, instrumentation, certain chemical products, etc., such as high voltage discharge due to static accumulation of packaging film, the consequences will be destructive, so the development of antistatic PET packaging film is also very important. The antistatic film is characterized in that an antistatic agent is added to the PET film to form a very thin conductive layer on the surface of the film, and a continuous phase is formed to improve the surface electrical conductivity and cause the generated electric charge to leak as soon as possible. It is generally required that the surface of the antistatic film has a specific resistance of ≤10 of 9 to 11 ohms.
