2.Application of hemp rope

3.Notes for use

 

(1) hemp rope is only applicable to the installation of lifting tools and portable workpiece movement and lifting, or lifting the workpiece hand pull rope, not used in mechanical driven lifting machinery.

(2) the hemp rope shall not be continuously twisted in one direction to avoid loosening or twisting.When the above phenomenon is found, it should be eliminated in time.

(3) during the use of hemp rope, direct contact with sharp objects is strictly prohibited. If it is impossible to avoid, it should be cushioned to protect objects.

(4) when hemp rope is used as running rope, the safety factor shall not be less than 10;When used as a rope buckle, the safety factor shall not be less than 12.

(5) hemp rope shall not contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive media.

(6) hemp rope should be stored in a ventilated and dry place, and should not be exposed to heat and moisture.

(7) hemp rope should be carefully checked before use, when the surface uniform wear does not exceed 30% of the diameter, local contact is not more than 10% of the diameter of the same section, can be reduced according to the diameter of reduction.If the local contact and local corrosion serious, can cut off the damaged part of the plug use.

(8) when hemp rope is used in pulley block, the diameter of pulley should be 10 times larger than the diameter of hemp rope, and the radius of its groove should be 1/4 larger than the radius of hemp rope.
