These would also be great for a Frozen party! Use blue glitter glue to tint the stars!
You will need:
Glue Gun & Glue Sticks OR Puffy Paint
Parchment Paper (NOT Wax Paper! If you use wax paper, you'll need to wipe it with dish-washing liquid!)
Free Snowflake Printable (optional)
Nail Polish (optional)
Use the printable as a template (or make your own original snowflake!). Place the printable UNDER the parchment paper.
Trace the lines with a glue gun in the order shown below.
Let the glue set one minute between steps:
Get rid of excess glue strands with a blow dryer! Just hold it in place and let the heat do its job.
Carefully peel the snowflake off of the parchment paper. The parchment paper can be reused for the next snowflake :-).
This project can also be done with Puffy Paint. Trace the shape onto parchment paper and let dry overnight. No nail polish needed!
Puffy paint stars will be much floppier than their glue counterparts, as evidenced in this photo:
Great little accent pieces!
Lay these snowflakes on your holiday table! So pretty against a white table cloth.
Paint both sides of the snowflake with nail polish! Strong jewel tones work best.
