Make this easy painted popsicle stick chicken craft with your kids as a fun Easter project!
Materials
Yellow paint
Googly eyes
Yellow craft paper
Feathers
Pen
Craft glue
Scissors
Instructions
1,Start by painting the craft sticks yellow. You can also use already dyed craft sticks if preferred.
Lay 6 yellow craft sticks together side by side then glue two regular craft sticks across them on opposite sides of the sticks.
2,Once the glue has dried, you will trim off any excess craft sticks on either side.
3,you will trace and cut out 2 yellow wing shapes.
4,Glue one wing on each side of the craft sticks on the backside where the other sticks are holding them in place.
you will glue the googly eyes in place.
5,On the orange craft paper, draw a small triangle beak and two small orange feet and cut them out.
Glue the beak and feet onto the chicken.
6,Lastly, you will glue the feather on the back of the chick so it pops out over the top of the head.
