Crepe paper
Crepe paper, also known as crepe paper, refers to a processed paper with creases on the paper surface.
It can be divided into three types of crepe paper for daily use, packaging, and decoration.
Crepe paper for daily use, such as napkins and toilet paper, use soft tissue paper with good water absorption as the base paper.
The
crepe paper used for packaging is tough and flexible. It is used for packaging flexible goods such as woolen yarn and woolen products to prevent the paper
from breaking due to the large flexibility of the packaging. Use strong packaging paper as the base paper.
Decorative crumpled paper, such as various colored crumpled paper, is used for festival decorations and paper flowers, and thin paper is used as the base paper.
Usually the wet (or incompletely dried) base paper is shoveled out on the dryer with a scraper, or wrinkles are mechanically pressed, and then dried.
