Usage of pearlized paper
Offset printing
Pearlized paper mainly reflects the gorgeous effect of paper pearlescent. If the area of ??printing ink is large, one can not reflect the pearlescent effect of paper, and the pearly effect of the second paper has been greatly weakened by the ink layer. Therefore, we should try to avoid large-area solid pattern printing according to the characteristics of pearl paper when designing plates. Generally, some simple lines, patterns, and texts are designed to highlight the focus of the package and the gorgeous effect of the paper.
The pearlescent particles of pearl paper are easy to be broken, and the semi-finished products cannot withstand repeated sequence and friction. Therefore, the production route should be as short as possible, and some process links that are optional are cancelled, especially those with more manual participation. It can be done in one printing without using it twice. It can be printed by offset printing without screen printing. It can be connected to the machine without glazing. Of course, it can not be glazed without glazing, because glazing will greatly weaken the pearl paper. Pearlescent effect.
Ink printing
UV printing is performed by UV drying, and each printing unit is equipped with an ultraviolet drying device. When the UV ink passes through the drying device, the drying time is short under the initiation of the photoinitiating group, which can be said to be instantaneous drying, so that it is completely dried after entering the next printing unit or the receiving portion. We can increase the ink volume and reduce the viscosity of the ink to improve the ink priming rate on the surface of the
pearl paper. At the same time, the overprinting of the ink is also a "dry-dry" superposition method, which can greatly improve the overprinting rate.
